A Case of Corneal Pigment Ring Accompanying Liver-Cirrhosis and Splenosnegaly

Abstract
We have had a case suggestive to be the Wilson¢¥s disease which presented a moderately advanced liver-cirrhosis,splenomegaly and the corneal pigment ring.
This pigment ring showed a greyish band with 2mm width running circumferentially along the limbus at the peripheral cornea and composed of yellow brownish, fine granular substances distinctly limited to the Descemet¢¥s membrane.
We concluded this case might be a subtype, ie,. abdominal form, of the Wilson¢¥s disease which does not accompany the lenticular degeneration.
